1:1s with Anne Marie

Join me for one-hour virtual session where we will spend the first few minutes chatting about your wellness goals + then we will explore some breath + movement based on our conversation. The style of class I teach is all about listening to your body—so if it is difficult for you to reach the floor (or to get back up from it) you can practice from a chair (or even from your bed). We can meet once or it can be ongoing—my hope is once you take a class or two, you will feel comfortable joining our online community. We have a lot of fun.

Wellness Sessions
In addition to being a 500-hour Kripalu-certified yoga teacher, I am also an integrative nutrition + health coach. As a wellness coach (it’s easier to say), I meet with clients to discuss ways in which they might make small tweaks to create (or reestablish) healthy habits. For this wellness work, I find it is best to commit to five sessions and then we can reassess. The first 50-minute session is free + via zoom—we will spend this time reviewing a document you fill out in advance that will help me to understand what changes you are hoping to make. Additional sessions can also be on zoom + depending on what we decide to focus on, we could end up doing a fun outing (virtually or in-person if local) including a kitchen cabinet/refrigerator refresh or a trip to a grocery store to investigate ingredient labels (again, only if nutrition is an area of focus for you).

Whether it is a yoga or wellness session (or a hybrid format), I am always happy to discuss some of the things that have worked for me—most recently I have been battling (battled?) long covid + an autoimmune flare-up (while trying to age gracefully) + have learned a few things along the way. Our conversations in these private sessions can be about food, sleep, digestion—or we can stick to yoga + breath work.
